All items are fully guaranteed to be authentic or to description. Your satisfaction is guaranteed and you can return any merchandise, in an un-altered condition within a 3 day inspection period. Refunds are minus extra shipping cost and PayPal credit card fees. We pay people to pack this stuff. This means if we pay extra for shipping your item or include shipping, that amount will be deducted from your refund. Item returns must include original letters of authenticity given with purchase or receipts. Returns must be shipped in the same manner as you received them,, by the same shipper, to include Insurance and or Delivery Confirmation as I shipped your item just the same. Item returns that differ or without my consent will be refused & returned back to you with-out refund. THIS IS NOT COMPLICATED, ITEM RETURNS NEED TO BE THE SAME AS YOU RECEIVED - just that simple ! I accept certified, cashiers checks, money orders and personal checks, all payments & checks to be made out to Steven Heller. We also accept Mastercard and Visa, by the use of www.paypal.com - * NOTE * If you use www.paypal.com , the item will be shipped to the credit card address. Personal checks are welcomed on low ticket items, $ 500.00 or less, personal check's must clear my bank before the item will be shipped, this can take up to 5 business days. If a personal check is received on a high ticket item, expect the sale to be final with no return option due to the long clearance process. If you need or want your item fast, I recommend paypal or certified funds such as a cashier check or money order.
Most items are shipped US Mail within 24 hours of payment, the most prompt in the business. Items paid for by PayPal, money order, cashier check or certified check will be shipped immediately Minimum shipping charge is $9.50 and will depend on weight and insurance of merchandise being shipped.
If you would like to make a purchase and can not pay the full price. The deposit requirement of 25% is needed to hold the item, with equal payments made over the next 60 days. The total of the item or items has to be at least $ 100.00 or more to use this plan. The deposit is non-refundable if you do not complete the sale.
