All items are fully guaranteed to be authentic or to description. Your satisfaction is guaranteed as well and you can return any merchandise, in an un-altered condition within a 3 day inspection period, for a full refund, minus shipping and insurance. This means if we pay extra for shipping or include shipping, that amount will be deducted from your refund. Item returns must include letters of authenticity if given and or receipts. Returns must be shipped in the same manner as you received them by the same shipper, to include Insurance and or Delivery Confirmation. I accept certified or bank checks, money orders and personal checks, all payments & checks to be made out to Steven Heller. We also accept Mastercard and Visa, by the use of www.paypal.com - * NOTE * If you use www.paypal.com , the item will be shipped to the credit card address. Personal checks are welcomed on low ticket items, $ 200.00 or less, personal check's must clear my bank before the item will be shipped, this can take up to 15 business days. If a personal check is received on high ticket items, expect the sale to be final with no return option due to the long clearance process. If you need or want your item fast, I recommend paypal or certified funds.
Most items are shipped US Mail within 24 hours of payment, the most prompt in the business, other than personal check. Minimum shipping charge is $7.50 and will depend on weight and insurance of merchandise being shipped.
If you would like to make a purchase and can not pay the full price. The deposit requirement of 25% is needed to hold the item, with equal payments made over the next 60 days. The total of the item or items has to be at least $ 100.00 or more to use this plan. The deposit is non-refundable if you do not complete the sale.
