GAR Reunion Ribbon - Dated 1900, GAR Post # 220 is Major Mays Franklin, Pa, the size is 2" by 7", good condition. Captain Miller received his Medal of Honor for his gallant charge and was presented with it in 1897. He died in 1919, and was buried with honors at Gettysburg. The gold lettering on his tombstone sets him apart as a winner of the Congressional Medal of Honor – the only Medal of Honor recipient from the Battle of Gettysburg to be buried in Gettysburg’s Soldiers National Cemetery.
